WILLIAM JESSE OLIVE - was born Feb. 25, 1861 - died Jan. 8, 1944 aged 82 years. He was married to Miss Betty Lyon in 1891. She preceded him to the grave in 1926. To this union were born two daughters, Mrs. JessieMae Parker and Mrs. Ophelia Beal. He was later married to Mrs. Emily Tate in 1928. He was kind and devote dto his family, a splendid neighbor and a good citizen. He was courteous and friendly to all. His funeral was conducted in the home by Elder J. L. Fuller with interment in Jones Cem.
