Leonora Jane Zigan, 70, of 1905 S street died this morning in a local hospital after a short illness. She was born February 16, 1884 in Buffalo, Kansas. Prior to moving to Eureka she had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Letha Gundlach in Hydesville.

She is survived by her husband, John J.; three sons, Stanford Zigan of Eureka; Leo Zigan of Castro Valley; John Allen Zigan of Klamath Falls, Oregon; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Boise of Roseberg, Oregon,; Mrs. Myrtle Johnson of Medford; Mrs. Letha Gundlach of Hydesville; two sisters, Mrs. Nellnettie Rein of Great Falls, Montana; Mrs. Albert Hersey of Clancy, Montana; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Cooper Mortuary Chapel of the Ferns with the Rev. J. Edward Peterson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
