He was the father of Letha Gundlach, Hydesville; Margaret Boise, Roseburg, Ore.; Myrtle Johnson, Medford, Ore.; Sanford Zigan, Redding; Leo Zigan, Chico; John Allen Zigan. He was the brother of Elizabeth Zimber, Missoula, Mont.
He leaves 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
Mr. Zigan was a native of Browerville, Minn., age 100 years. He came to Humboldt County and Hydesville area in 1927.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 3, 1978 at 10 a.m. at the Hydesville IOOF Cemetery, with the Rev. Bob Dillingham, officiating.
Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Triumphant Life Youth Camp, in care of Hydesville Coummunity Church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Goble's Fortuna Mortuary.
