Darlington- Frances A. Beardsley, age 79, of Darlington, Wisconsin died on Wednesday, February 23, 1994, at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County. The former Frances A. Rielly was born in Mineral Point Township, Wisconsin, on April 21, 1914, the daughter of Francis and Clara (Armstrong) Rielly. She was married to Harold J. Beardsley on June 22, 1935. Mr. Beardsley died on October 29, 1987. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington, Wisconsin and its Council of Catholic Women.
Survivors are a daughter, Michaelyn (Michael) Zalecki of Charlotte, North Carolina; two sons, John Beardsley of Darlington, Wisconsin, Anthony (Kay) Beardsley of Beloit, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Tanya and Nicholas Zalecki, and Grant and Wade Beardsley; a brother, William P. "Buddy" Rielly of Mineral Point, Wisconsin; three sisters, Josephine "Jo"(Jack) Reed of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Catherine "Cash" Coyle of Florida, Mary Brennan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and a brother in law, Harry DeMuth of Mineral Point, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Joseph Beardsley (1955); and two sisters, Martha Hyde and Loretta Demuth.
Mass of Resurrection will be at 11 am on Saturday, February 26, 1994 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington, Wisconsin with Father Tom Coyle officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 until 8 pm on Friday, February 25, 1994, at the Steil Camacho Funeral Home, Darlington, Wisconsin, where a rosary service will be at 8 pm.
