Wilma "Connie" Cornelia Beck, age 87, was born July 4, 1925 in Henderson, TN to Turner and Myrtle (Lynch) Blair. She passed away in Jesus' arms November 3, 2012 at the Stonebridge Nursing Home, Maryland Heights, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Hubert Beck.
Connie is survived by two sons; Don Beck and wife Pam of St. Louis, MO and Tony Beck and wife Beth and granddaughter Alyssa of Madison, WI. She is also survived by three brothers; Kermit, Bob and J.C. and numerous other family and friends.
Connie married Hubert Beck in 1948 in Lilbourn, MO. She was a dedicated military wife, and spent 25 years crisscrossing the country as a Marine wife. Connie was first and foremost a good military wife and a loving mother who willingly sacrificed for both.
She lived many of her later years in Roby, MO and Bucyrus, MO before returning to St. Louis, MO.
Connie will be greatly missed, but those that are left behind know she has gone to a better place for everlasting peace.
