Mrs. Barber was a member of the Methodist Church. The funeral was held at the home Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. E. S. Menoher in charge of the service, and burial was in charge in the Villisca Cemetery. Those who were here from out of town to attend the funeral were Leslie, Harry, and Claude Beard of Clarinda, and Tim Maher of Atlantic.
Ica Mae Beard Barber died March 22, 1921 in Villisca, Montgomery County, Iowa of tuberculosis. She is buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Villisca, Iowa. She married Benjamin Franklin Barber on March 15 1904 in Montgomery County, Iowa and to this union six children were born, two of whom are deceased. Those who survive are Kenneth, Mildred, Mary, and Robert.
