Mrs. Davis was reared and educated in Wheatland, graduating from Wheatland High School in 1923.
She attended the University of Wyoming for three years, obtaining a Normal Teaching Certificate.
She taught in the country school around Wheatland including Antelope Gap, Muleshoe, and the Axford Schools. She was a substitute teacher for area schools for several years. She also worked at Dutch Berg's Market and McDonald's Clothing Store.
Mrs. Davis married Russell Jenkin Davis on June 10, 1930, in Wheatland.
She was a member of First Christian Church, Country Woman's Club, Farm Bureau Club, Rebekah's, and Platte County Senior Citizens.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her daughter, Kay Bohl of Wheatland; her son, Ronald Davis of Cheyenne; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Russell on May 19, 1973; two sisters, Mary Dunham and Rae Trabert; and two brothers, Frank Kuehner and Roy Kuehner.
