Dorothy was a member of South Gastonia Church of God, she retired from Textiles with over 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 38 years, Marion Daniel Blake; Sisters: Manila Czerniak, Savonia Cantrell, Millure Gentry and Inez Franklin
