Funeral for Sallie Ret Jones, 82, of Danville will be Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at 1 p.m. at Enon Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Waldrep and the Rev. Tim Keenum officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. The body will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jones died Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at NHC Healthcare of Moulton. She was born Nov. 30, 1921, in Lawrence County to Charlie and Julie Mae Bynum Keenum. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie D. Jones.

Survivors include two sons, Dillard Jones and wife Kathy of Danville and Ronnie Jones and wife Betty of Moulton; two brothers, Jimmy Keenum of Danville and Clint Keenum of Decatur; one sister, Burnell Waldrep of Decatur; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Chris Jones, David Jones, Greg Keenum, Eric Nelson, Jerry Jones and DeWayne Jones.
