Ida had been ill for nine months and died at 2:45 pm in the M & S Hospital from cerebral hemorrhage. She was 70 yrs 9 mos and 6 days old and her husband was still living. They lived in Tulsa, Okla.

Monday at Norman, funeral services will be held in $1,000,000 McFarlin Memorial church for Mrs. R.M. McFarlin, 70, who helped build the church. She was one of Oklahoma's largest contributors of churches, schools and charities. Mr. McFarlin, wealthy Tulsa oil man, and Mrs. McFarlin built the Norman church as a memorial to their son, Robert. They put up $753,000 for construction, then provided a $200,000 endowment for the church.
