Services were held at 10 a.m. today for Joe S. Miley 84, of Route 1, Varnado, who died at 11:05 p.m. yesterday at his residence.
The Rev. C. W. Hall conducted religious rites in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home and internment was in the Miley Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sophronia Miley; a son C. P. Toney; three brothers, Luther, Morris and Boone Miley of Varnado; two sisters, Mrs. Jane Temples and Mrs. Lena Fussell of Varnado.
