Bobby Joe Sanders was born in Cisco, Texas to Paul & Dorothy (Snyder) Sanders. He married Donna Kaye Quinney on February 28, 1981 and was employed in oilfield sales. Bobby Joe enjoyed golfing, spending time with the kids and was a member of the Herk's Coffee Club. Bobby Joe passed away at the Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Sanders; son, Josh Jones; two brothers, Boogie Sanders and James Sanders (1953-2008); little sister, Gala June (1968-1996) and mother-in-law, June Quinney. Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Charlie Banks officiating. Burial followed in the Whytell Cemetery in Lexington.
