She was self employed for many years owning a cafe in Robert Lee, Texas. She was known and loved for her "country cooking." Momma was the rock of her family whom she cherished and loved unconditionally. She was a member of Victory Assembly of God in Robert Lee, Texas for many years and dearly loved her pastor and church family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Paul Sanders; daughter Gala June Sanchez; and three sons, Boogie Sanders, James Edward Sanders and Bobby Joe Sanders.
Momma is survived by her husband, Rex Putman of Robert Lee,Texas; son Billy Wayne Sanders and wife Yvonne of Albany, Texas; daughters Paula Burchard of San Angelo, Tesas and Eugenia Moran and husband Jason of Robert Lee, Texas; stepdaughter Melanie Remy and husband Gene of San Marcos, Texas; stepson Little Rex Putman and wife Jodie of Phoenix, Arizona; as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family requests memorials be given to Victory Assembly of God in Robert Lee, Texas or to a charity of one's choice.
