When I was younger, my dad would take us out on Sundays and would point to places that were a part of his childhood. He would also take us to old houses and graveyards and we would read the head stones. My mom and dad would do the math and tell us how old they were when they past away. I can remember feeling sorry for the young ones and would find myself asking mom what happened to them. They would reply that they don't know. I grew to love reading the headstones and have found some interesting ones. I received Christ as my Savior in 1982. I know that physical death is a part of this world, and know that there is a heaven that a person goes on to, if they have received Christ. I also like looking at family trees and I also like to pass on the information that I know, to help others. Joining findagraves allows me to help people find their own history about there families.
