RE: Barnhart Cemetery
I've been thinking about purchasing a scythe to cut down the thick weeds that I endure. In fact, today I was at another abandoned cemetery (for the 4th time over the course of a couple of years) to look for stones I've overlooked due to them being toppled over. I managed to find a few; worth it! The cemetery is called 'Wagner', and it's in Stephenson County, IL just in case you want to look it up. Take a look at the tall grass.

RE: Barnhart Cemetery
My pleasure, John. Thanks for the adventure! I did manage to photograph some 20 markers, but there were many that were either missing, badly damaged, or buried. Sadly, the cemetery is not kept up at all even though it sits right next to a horse corral that was very much alive when I was there a couple of weeks ago. The weeds were so thick, and very tall; they cut my up a bit and I had to pitch my socks because they were littered with burs. Note to self: bring an extra pair of socks when graving. haha! Take care.

Hi John. Thank you for posting my grandmother and grandfather's grave information. Specially my grandfather's siblings. Is there anyway you can find any information for my grandmother's brother Joe? I'm pretty sure he passed away a few years ago. I'm going to try to find pictures of my grandparents for you. I was only 8 when my grandmother passed away. She was living in VA at the time. I hadn't seen her in a long time. After my parents divorced in 1982, sad to say his side of the family became distant. But my grandmother tried to keep in touch with me. I'd like to learn about her side of the family tree as much as possible. Thanks for any advice or information you may have. Have a great day day 😊

I see you loaded this record. Do you have any info from the cemetery records as to where he was born or date he died? I believe he might be my 5th great grandfather. Thanks, Sue.

RE: please stop with the repeated requests
You wrote:
"I'm not sure why you keep asking me to revise dates for without providing what you think they should be."
I don't have to provide anything!
And don't get irritated by a polite request;: "Please revise dates".
which OBVIOUSLY is INcorrect.
WHY leave an incorrect entry???

Mr. Steele, I am returning this transfer to you. I did not ask you to do this. If I sent you information to input onto her page, then I hope it was done. This is not my family and you should not have done the transfer. Nancy #46973916
