Barbara J. Holmes, 51, of Syracuse passed away on Thursday. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sarah. Survivors include her husband, Dallas; her children, Houston, Dallas III, Rachel, Rebekah, and Kasara; ten grandchildren; sisters, Marylou, Anna and Bonnie and her brothers, Armond and Carl. A calling hour will be Tuesday noon to 1 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse and a prayer service will be following calling hours at 1 pm.
