Anna M. Flewellen, 71, of Syracuse, passed away March 16, 2018 with loved ones at her side. Anna was born in Sidney, New York on July 29, 1946 the daughter of the late Armond & Beulah (Neff) Wheeler.

She is survived by her Four Sons, Raymond Merwin, Randy Wheeler, Edward Flewellen, Carl Flewellen; Two Sisters, Mary Lou Squires and Bonnie Thomas and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Eddie Flewellen, daughter Laurie Brown, son Ryan Wheeler and several brothers and sisters.

Anna enjoyed country music and loved spending time with friends and family. She enjoyed family BBQs, beaches, amusement parks and enjoyed playing I Got It! at the fair. Despite her limited means, she was a very generous woman. She always comforted and made room for others in need. She was never judgmental and very accepting. She also loved to laugh, often telling jokes or pulling pranks. She also loved her dogs very much, particularly Cricket who she grew old with, and who predeceased her by 2 weeks. She will be missed very much by friends and family.

Visitation had taken place on March 23, 2018 from 10:00 am-11:00 am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - 705 N. Main St. North Syracuse, NY.
