On Sunday, May 18, 1958 at Washington Hospital Center, J. Buxton Aiken of 5415 Connecticut ave. nw., beloved husband of Esther S. Aiken, nee Chapin, father of Mrs. Mary Beckham Garber and William H. Aiken of Richmond, Va., Jesse E., Marshall D., and Thomas W. Aiken of the Washington area; brother of Mrs. Joseph P. Breedlove, Mrs. Morris Ballenger, Mrs. Melissa Hodnett of North Carolina, Lenora Aiken of Bethesda, Md., W. I. Aiken of Washington, D. C., Ralph R. Aiken, Holland, Va., B. Otis Aiken, Accident Md. He also is survived by 20 grandchildren. Services at the S. H. Hines Company Funeral Home, 2901 14th st. nw., on Wednesday, May 21, at 3 p.m. (parking facilities). Interment Sunset Hill Cemetery, Littleton, N. C., on Thursday.
