Norma Lorene McIntyre, 91, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at her residence. She was born June 5, 1925, in Shelby County, the daughter of George F. and Leona(Miller) DeBaun. Norma is survives by her daughters, Cheryl Ann Fuller of Shelbyville and Melanie Elaine McColley of Esko, Minnesota; grandchildren, Trisha Lea-anne Fuller, Tuesday Jan-nell Fuller, Travis Anthony McColley, Chad Matthew McColley and Jaime Rachelle McColley; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and special friends, Betty and Bill Crosby of Shelbyville. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warren Edwin McCintyre; sisters, Evelyn Ruth Ensminger and Sylvia Mae Miller; brother, Donovan DeBaun; and great-grandson Andrew McColley. Norma graduated from Flat Rock High School in 1943. She retired from Frendenberg-NOK in 1990, with 20 years of service. Norma enjoyed reading, word search puzzles and watching "Jeopardy" and Indiana University Basketball. She liked Elvis Presley and collected Elvis memorabilia. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Carmony-Ewing Chapel, 819 S. Harrison St. in Shelbyville. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at the funeral home, with Pastor Mary Popplewell officiating. Interment will be at Winchester Cemetery in Shelby County.
