She was born in Alabama and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Polly Green-Buchanan of Mountain City Tennessee.
She is survived by her husband Earl H Propst and 8 Children, Lois Weaver, Josie Tanton, Alice Burrow, Betty Nabors, Deloris Clark, Jeanne Nakjavani, Richard and Arthur Propst.
She was preceded in death by one son SGT Earl Joseph Propst who was killed in the line of duty during WWII while in the United States Army in 1944.
She was married on August 3, 1916 by Rev R.K. Nevitt at Winterburn Lumber Camp Pocahontas County, Marlinton WV.
