David Bausman, 76, for many years a resident of the Crane Station neighborhood, died Sunday evening at 6:30 o'clock in Luther, Michigan, where he had gone two weeks ago for a visit. Born in Ohio, he was the son of Henry and Elizabeth Bausman. Practically his entire life was spent in Indiana. Surviving is a brother, James Bausman, of Crane Station, also four sisters, Mrs Mary Baer, of Indianapolis; Mrs Sarah Conrad, of Lafayette; Mrs Martha Cox, of Hoopston, Illinois, and Miss Alice Bausman, of Crane Station. The body is being brought overland from Michigan and services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home of his sister, Mrs Alice Bausman, at Crane Station. Rev. Pearson, of Dayton will officiate. Interment in the Wildcat Cemetery.
