Sean Michael Ackerman, 39, of Elizabeth Township, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2011. He was born June 7, 1972, in Pittsburgh, and was the son of Richard A. and Anne Marie (McLaughlin) Harris. He was an electrical engineer with Curtiss-Wright, Inc. Sean was a the athletic director of EFAA, and was a member of Duquesne EMS. He was an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his friends. He also loved riding his motorcycle.
