Bolson

Services for Mrs. Cecile Wigginton Bolson, 83, a resident of Owenton Road, Stamping Ground, will be conducted fron the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home, Stamping Ground, at 2 p.m. today. Burial will follow in the family lot in the Masonic Cemetery. She died at Scott General Hospital Tuesday following a short illness. A native of Scott County, she was a homemaker, a graduate of Cardome Academy, a member of Stamping Ground Women's Club and Stamping Ground Christian Church. Survivors include a sister, Jewell Lancaster, Stamping Ground; two nieces, Ann W. Fischer, Jefferson, In. and Wilena Comley Lexington; four great-nieces, Bonda Wigginton Burton and Valrie Wigginton McDaniel, both of Stamping Ground, Roxie Taylor, Lexington, and Billetta Martin, Los Angeles, CA. a great-nephew, Jan A. Wigginton, Ft. Myers FL. She was the daughter of the late W.O.Wigginton and Rosie Lee Parker Wigginton and the widow of Virgil Graves Bolson. Rev. B. Dinsmore Nisbet will officiate at the service. Honorary bearers will be deacons of the Christian Church; active bearers will be Archie Burchfield, Mark Burchfield, David Burchfield, Marvin Johnson, Calvin Columbia, and Wayne Newman: Contributions may be made to the Stamping Ground Christian Church.
