Services for Mrs Annie Burns, 68, of 3600 N. Eastern, who passed away in her home Thursday, will be 2 pm Saturday in Watts Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
A resident of the city since 1926, Mrs Burns moved to Oklahoma in 1908. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist, the Oklahoma Mineral & Gem Society, Oklahoma Cactus and Succulent Society, Nada Club, an honorary member of the British National Cactus & Succulent Society, and a charter member of the Oklahoma Genealogical Society.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Phillip Neilson, 5300 N. Dewey; and Mrs Ruth Elmore, Santa Rosa, CA; one son, Robert E., National City, CA; three sisters, Mrs D. A. Barr, Mrs William H. Hodde, and Mrs Lola Williams, all of Dallas; five brothers, Alvin, Acie, Marvin and Henry Griffin, all of Dallas; and Hulan Griffin of Los Angeles.
