Mike Joseph Flamingo, age 72, Birnamwood, town of Aniwa, died Tuesday, April 27, 1982 at Sunny Vale Infirmary.
He was born February 28, 1910 in Elroy, WI, the son of the late Dominic and Roselene (Navelli) Flamingo.
On August 10, 1935 Mike was united in marriage to Margaret Rew in Phlox. She survives.
In addition to his wife, survivors include one son, Michael Flamingo, Mosinee; four daughters, Beverly (Ronald) Teubert, Edgerton, Vicki Flamingo, Superior, Debra (James) Richards and Sherry (Raymond) Eckardt, Jr., all of Birnamwood; one brother, Angelo Flamingo, Milwaukee; two sisters, Mary (George) Pasdirtz, Greendale and Catherine (Norman) Stone, Pratt, KS; and 15 grandchildren.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Funeral services were held April 30, 1982 at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Birnamwood. The Rev. Donald Laux officiated. Interment was in Forest Cemetery, Birnamwood.
