Phyllis Denver, 70 of 820 B Foster Ave., Cambridge, formerly of Senecaville, died suddenly at 11:30 a.m. Monday (Dec 10, 1990) at Mt. Carmel West, Columbus. She was born Feb. 21, 1920 in Senecaville, daughter of the late Willard and Mildred Aplin Christian. She was a 27 year employee of Central Pharmacy and was a member of Senecaville Presbyterian Church. she was preceded in death by four brothers. Mrs. Denver leaves her husband, Donald Denver, whom she married Jan. 8, 1944; three sons, Robert C. Denver of Cambridge; Tom Denver and Sam Denver, both of Senecaville; one daughter, Mrs. Ed (Donna) Smith of Cambridge; one brother, Donald Christian of Torrence, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. James (Lois) Cantor of Cambridge; eight grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Meek Funeral Home, Senecaville, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Philip Zebley officiating. Burial will be in Senecaville Cemetery.
