SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Avo Bozeman Bonner, 87, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday, December 15, 2008 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Drive. Reverend Steve Gilley will officiate. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 14, 2008 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bonner was born July 24, 1921 in Shiloh, LA to Obed and Martha Bozeman. She passed away December 12, 2008 in Shreveport, LA. Mrs. Bonner was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death is her husband Ernest Bonner and three brothers and two sisters. Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Geneva B. Speights and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Max Sasser, Beau Young, Gregory Criddle, Danny Bozeman, Bud Lowery, and Frank Glenn Hawthorne.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Germaine Cassiere, Dr. Robert Hernandez and the staff of Cornerstone Hospital.

Known by her nieces and nephews as "Bobo" she will be greatly missed.
