Albert Bowman Dies on Tuesday.
Albert Evelinus Bowman died yesterday afternoon at family residence 1420 Milwaukee Ave of pleuro-pneumonia. Born on November 10 1861 at Chippewa Falls WI. Brought to Racine when 2 years of age and resided here to death.
Education in St Mary's and St Joseph's schools, 5th grade in Garfield school. Employed May 1875 at J I Case Threshing Machine Company until November 1888. Employed Brown & Davis company as lathe hand and foreman of the machine shop, then master mechanic until his death.
Married to Rosella McIlrath November 7 1882. Four children survive: Mrs Lillian Chapel, Minneapolis MN; David A, Rosetta C, and Lester Bowman, of Racine; 3 brothers, Frank, John L, and Charles Bowman; 2 sisters, Mrs Louis Burdick and Mrs William Benson, of Racine, 4 grandchildren.
Funeral Friday morning at 8:30 at the house and 9 o'clock at St Patrick's church.
