Joanne M. Noel of Long Beach passed away August 8th. She was born March 18, 1941 in Los Angeles County, California to David Gilmore and Mary Gertrude "Molly" Minihan Black. She was married to James B Noel on June 9, 1962 in Los Angeles County, California. Together they raised 3 daughters. Joanne is survived by daughters, Linda Wall (John), and Kathleen Noel; sister, Mary Pieper; 2 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James in 2014 and their daughter, Virginia Boynton in 2010, granddaughter, Courtney Renee Boynton in 2015 and grandson, Tyler Joseph Whitfill in 2013. Funeral Mass will be held for Joanne Monday, August 15th 9:00am at All Souls Catholic Mortuary, with burial to follow at All Souls Catholic Cemetery.
