Adam H. Baca, age 78, was born in Escondida, NM, and went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM.
Adam was preceded in death by his parents, Horacio and Rebecca Baca.
Adam is survived by his loving and beautiful wife of 60 years, Jeni, three daughters, Clarissa Villalobos and her husband, Adalid Villalobos of Albuquerque, Esther Baca of Estancia and Rachael Baca of Albuquerque, grandchildren, Jay, Adam, Sarah, Miguel, Santos and Samantha and great-grandchildren, Lexie, Robert, Dante and Leah.
Adam served his nation for 20 years with the United States Army. Adam served in both Korea and Vietnam and was the recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Adam served in the Army with the 11th Armored Cav and was a member of the Black Horse Association.
Adam worked for 28 years with the Department of Energy and was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church.
Memorial services will be on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 6200 Gibson St. SE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment with full military honors will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM.
