DONALD E. ADAMS, 76, of New Haven, a retired machine repairman, died Wednesday, March 26, 2003 at Village of Heritage in Monroeville. The rural Allen County native retired in 1988 from Dana Corp. after 40 years of service and was a member of Moeller Road Wesleyan Church. Surviving are his wife Leora; sons, Kerry of New Haven and Rick of New Palestine; a daughter, Cynthia McKaig of New Haven; brothers, Ellis of Fort Wayne and Morris of Miami; sisters, Bernice Buckel of Fort Wayne and Delores Byall of Columbia City; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Services 11 a.m. Saturday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 Indiana 930 E., New Haven, with calling one hour before services and also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today. Burial will be at Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials are to the church or American Parkinson's Disease Association.
