EFFIE MIZER
Effie Mizer, 90, of San Gabrial, Calif. died March 26 after a short illness.
She was born in Burnside, Mich. Oct. 31, 1881. She married James Mizer Dec. 24, 1905. He died in 1972.
She left Clare County in 1925 moving to Pontiac where she resided until moving to Calfornia to live with her son.
Surviving are 1 son, Kenneth; 3 daughters, Mrs. Vern (Maxine) Michael of Oak Park, Mrs. Earl (Hazel) Liestman of Pontiac, Mrs. Emil (Tera) Mossner of Florida; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 29 from the Stephenson-Doherty Funeral Home. Rev. Charles Hilliard officiated. Burial was in Cherry Grove Cemetery.
