Orra (also spelled Ora in family records) was the first of twelve children born to John Hardin and Lois Iantha (Smith) Johnson. Born at her Grandmother Smith's farm in Holliday on (18 or 17?) March 1878, she died of "summer complaint," more commonly known as diarrhea, at the age of three months. Her grave is near those of her parents and sister Edith.
