Parker Wigginton
Funeral services were held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Cassity Funeral Home, Stamping Ground for Parker Wigginton, 76, who died Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the John Graves Ford Memorial Hospital.
Rev. Lynwood Nichols conducted the services and burial was in the Masonic Cemetery, Stamping Ground.
He was a native of Scott County, a retired farmer and a member of the Stamping Ground Christian Church.
Survived by his wife, Mrs. Katie Holder Wigginton; on son, Joe H. Wigginton, Ft. Myers, Florida; one brother, Sanford Wigginton; two sisters Mrs. Cecil Bolson and Mrs. Jewell Lancaster, all of Scott County; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers: Gerald Mason, Archie Burchfield, Clarence Kessler, W.C. Cottrell, Jan Wigginton, Lloyd Burrows.
