Hurshel F. Spears, 70, died at Overlake Hospital on Dec. 29, 1990. He was a 1941 Cashmere High School graduate and served in the Army during World War IL Survivors include his wife, Helen, at home; a daughter, Judy Thumlert, of Bellevue, Wash.; three sons, Randy of California, Bruce of Kent, Wash., and Rick of Vancouver, Wash; two sisters, Barbara Loudenback of Seattle and Daisie Tail of Cashmere; a brother, Bev Spears, of Cashmere; eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Spears was cremated at his requesL Private family memorials took place at the homes of niece Linda Luebeck in Cashmere and sister Barbara Loudenback in Seattle.
