Carl E. Ferrell
Mooresburg – Carl E. Ferrell, 71, Rt. 2, Mooresburg, died Wednesday (Sept. 22, 1993) at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
He attended Slate Hill Baptist Church and was retired from international Playing Card and Label Company.
He was the son of the lat Charles and Laura Miner Ferrell.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Repass Ferrell; two daughters Brenda Everhart and Vicki Jarvis, both of Rogersville; three sons, Carl "Eddie" Ferrell and Jody Ferrell, both of Mooresburg and Stanley Ferrell, Morristown; two grandchildren, three sisters, Rosalee Greene, Mabel Collins, and Joyce McGinnis, all of Mooresburg and Barbara Ferguson, Bean Station; three brothers, Clarence Ferrell, Morristown, Jack Ferrell and Doug Ferrell, both of Mooresburg.
Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Jarnigan officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Dean Cemetery, Mooresburg.
