Celia was the daughter of David E E LeRoy and Bridget Smith. She was also the twin sister of Elizabeth Dean. Celia was born in Michigan and then moved with her family to Aberdeen, Washington. From there she traveled to Alaska with her siblings where she met Dr. Keeling. She then moved to the Yukon where she was living as a widow. While she lived in Dawson she took care of her three nephews, which she adopted. She then married Thomas Doyle. She lost her life when she fell or jumped of the bridge into the Yukon, in Dawson. As far as we know, no body was ever recovered.
