David E E LeRoy was the son Of David E E and Bridget (Smith) LeRoy. He was born on Alumnet Island, in Canada. His family moved down the Michiga in the early 1870s. He was married to Clara Mae (Smith), his first cousin, they married in Wisconsin. He lived in Iron River Michigan and work for a time in a bar in Wisconsin. He died when he was leaving the bar and was shot twice. David and Clara had no children.
