Dolly W. Owsley, age 90 of Clinton, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton with burial in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery, Clinton. Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at the chapel. Dolly was born in Clinton, Missouri the daughter of George S. and Vilet May (Price) Justis. She was a caregiver for many older people as long as she was able. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Clinton where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Spirit Lifters. She was a former member of T.O.P.S.
She was preceded in death by her prents, her husband, Othie Earl Owsley on January 19, 2000; her son, Leonard Earl Owsley; her brother, Valley Justis; two half brothers, Earnest Savory and Dennis Savory and two holf sister, Lottie Savory and Ida Savory.
She is survived by two daughter, Gale Ann Vesco and husband, Jack of Sparks, Nevada and Debbie Gamber and husband, Jim of Clinton; one son, Dean H. Owsley and wife, Denise of Clinton; one brother, Jesse Justice and wife, Geraldine of Clinton; a brother and sister in-law, Oland and Gerogie Owsley of Lincoln, California as well as eleven grandchildren and eleven grat grandchildren.
Arrangments have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton.
