Charles Sheldon Barker, 67, died early Monday morning, May 26, 1941.

He was born in Prattsburgh on January 8, 1874, a son of Clark and Emily (Fisher) Barker.

Charles married Grace B. Peck of North Cohocton.

For many years Mr. Barker resided in Naples and drove the stage between Naples and Atlanta. Since his marriage to Miss Grace Peck he had resided on the so-called I. N. Peck farm, on the Naples Atlanta road.

He was a member of Kanawha Lodge, I. O. O. F., and of Atlanta Rebekah Lodge No. 204.

He is survived by his wife, one sister, Mrs. John Burgess, of Rochester, and several cousins.

Services will be held from the home on Thursday at 3:00 p. m., in charge of the Rev. Robert Horton, pastor of Trinity Methodist Church, Rochester. Kanawha Lodge will have charge of the services in Clearview cemetery.
