The body of Pvt. Carlos S. Armenta, age 23, who died of wounds received in action in the European Theater during World War II will arrive in Albuquerque on Tuesday, September 28, 1948, accompanied by a military escort. Pvt. Armenta enlisted in the Army on July 2, 1942. He was killed on January 12, 1945.
Carlos is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pedro Armenta of Los Griegos; and six brothers, Patricio, Nick, Rosendo, Eloy, Ricardo, and Pedro Jr.
