According to 1920 Census, Charles and Mary lived in Moss Point, Jackson Co., Mississippi where he was a bridge builder for the railroad. They moved to Linn, Missouri in the mid 1930s where he remained until his death.

Died at Charles E Still Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, Missouri. He'd been a patient there for 4 weeks.
