Mrs. Martha Ann Clinton Clenney, 79, passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012, at Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, Florida. Services for Mrs. Clenney will be held Monday, October 29, 2012, 2:00 p.m., at Aenon Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. John McDaniel will officiate. Interment will be held at 4:00 p.m., Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge, Georgia. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Martha Ann Cinton was born in Bainbridge, Georgia, August 9, 1933, to Hugh Alexander Clinton and Lela Gertrude Jowers Clinton. Martha Ann moved to Tallahassee when she was in her teens. She was married to Elzie Clenney, who preceded her in death, for 56 years. She was a busy housewife and mother. Mrs. Clenney was a member of Aenon Baptist Church.
