Mrs. Malissa Smith, wife of Elisha Smith, died at her home last Friday night. She has been in poor health for several years, but was able to do her work up till a week ago when she became unable to lie down and passed away very quietly Friday night. She leaves an aged husband, several children, grandchildren and relatives to mourn their loss. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Spring Valley cemetery .
