Mrs. Senft was stricken by a heart ailment. Besides her husband, she leaves eight children as follows: Mrs. Jonas R. L. Grim, Spring Grove; Mrs. Lemuel Hoff, Seven Valleys; Mrs. Edwin Aldinger, York; Mrs. Clair Slagel, Stoverstown; Edwin Senft, Spring Grove, RD; Mrs. Roland Brokenshire, York; David S. Senft, Jr., at home; and Mrs. Richard Zinn, Spring Grove.
She also leaves the following eleven brothers and sisters: Mrs. Serenus Kessler, spring Grove RD 1; Mrs. Harvey Senft, York; Mrs. Flora Wolf, York; Mrs. Homer Klinedinst, York; Hamilton Senft, Porters Sideling; Francis Senft, Spring Grove, RD 1; Lloyd Senft, Nashville; Isaac Senft, Spring Grove; William Senft and Melvin Senft, York; and Vernie Senft, Spring Grove, RD 1; 20 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edwin W. Senft, of North Codorus Township. Mrs. Senft held members in St. Paul's Lutheran congregation, Stoverstown.
Rev. Richard Shanebrook, pastor of the Muhlenberg Lutheran Church, officiated, assisted by Rev. Franklin Glassmoyer, pastor of Lischey's Reformed charge. Pallbearers were Francis Senft, William Senft, Hamilton Senft, Isaac Senft, Melvin Senft, and Lloyd Senft, all brothers. Interment was in Stoverstown Union cemetery.
