Survivors are his wife, Mildred Shuffield of Cameron; four sons, Richard Shuffield of Austin, Larry Shuffield of Rockdale, Donald Shuffield of Cameron and David Shuffield of Lewisville; a daughter, Joy Ann Taylor of McGregor; a brother, Wilburn Shuffield of Temple; two sisters, Enda Huggins of Kingsland and Kathleen Simecek of Temple; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
