Dr. Joe Bills Reynolds, 67, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2003 in Mustang, Oklahoma. He was born January 3, 1936 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Joseph DeKalb and Pauline Rose (Bills) Reynolds.

Joe graduated from Gotebo High School and earned his B.S. from Southwestern Oklahoma State and his M.D. from the University of Oklahoma. He was a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. He was a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1963-1969. He was the founder of the Oklahoma City Women's Clinic that he was involved with for 28 years and the founder of Great Southwestern Crude in 1978.

Joe was a world traveler and an accomplished sportsman. Joe is survived by his wife, Sharon "Tina" Reynolds of the home; three sons, Joe Brett Reynolds of OKC, Joe Bills Reynolds II and wife Dana of TX, and Jonathan Reynolds of Mustang; four daughters, Shelly Reynolds of CA, Reyna Rose Reynolds of CA, Jessica Reynolds of Mustang, and Jonna Dee Scambler and husband Bruce of OKC; one brother, Branson Reynolds of CO; and four grandchildren, Jay and Winston Scambler and Brett and Blake Reynolds.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 5, 2003 in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. RESTHAVEN FUNERAL HOME S.W. 104TH AT WALKER 691-1661
