MYRTICE ADAY, 85, of Memphis, died of an aneurysm Monday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. She was a member of Cherokee Baptist Church. She leaves two daughters, Esther Bell of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., and Iris A. Dichtel of Memphis; two sons, J. B. Aday of Memphis and George Aday of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Ruby Arrington of Grand Rapids, Mich., Margie Spencer of Tucson, Ariz., and Gloria Smith of Georgia; and a grandson with whom she lived and who cared for her, Mike Carmony of Memphis; two other grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Cherokee Baptist Church.
