Rosemary Bryant, Galesburg Chapel 89, of 800 N. Market St. Knoxville, Il died 7:35 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2012 at Knox County Nursing Home, Knoxville.
She was born February 4, 1923 in Chaffee, Mo. to John and Rose Graham Douglas.
Surviving is a son Steve (and Jeanine) Bryant of Galesburg, a daughter-in-law, Deanna Bryant of Galesburg, five grandchildren, Keri (and Corey) Jamison, Kyle (and Wendy), Bryant, Tiffany Bryant, Camron (and Gulum) Bryant and Rick Bryant and five great grandchildren, Levi Bryant, Madeline Bryant, Dylan McDonough, Lauren Jamison and Chase Bryant. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Doug Bryant, December 24, 2011, two brothers and a sister.
Rosemary worked for the Galesburg Mental Health Center as an aide for 17 years. She was a member of Allen Park Baptist Church, Galesburg.
Funeral Service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Visitation will be 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery, Galesburg. Memorials may be made to Knox County Nursing Home or Harmony Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.
