"MRS. BEIL, 83, MUSCATINE, DIES
Native of City Succumbs

Muscatine, la. -- Mrs. Lizzie Beil, 83, 615 Maple avenue, died at 9:25 p. m. Friday in her home after an extended illness. She was born here Feb. 17, 1862, the daughter of Alfred and Elizabeth Parvin Purcell, and had spent her life here. Her marriage to William Barney Beil occurred Oct. 1, 1890. He died on March 3, 1943.

A daughter, Mrs. Verna Weiershauser, Muscatine; and three grandchildren, survive. Preceding her in death were her husband, her parents and a son, Ralph, in 1927.

The body is at Fairbanks funeral home where it will remain for services at 2:30 p. m. Monday conducted by the Rev. C. P. Waltz, pastor of the United Brethren church of which she was a member. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery."
